What is a PCD Diamond?
Polycrystalline Diamond (PCD) is a diamond grit that has been fused together under high-pressure, high-temperature conditions in the presence of a catalytic metal. This diamond tool will leave heavy to severe scratch patterns and it is recommended you use a Super Brazed diamond on the same tooling plate when using PCD tooling
